Recent research led to a partnership with innovative sustainable house engineers Cloud 9 to produce a range of aggressively economical pre-made modular eco-homes. Delivered to site within 4 months, fully fitted out with all internal finishes intact the units can be individually tailored from entry level Code 4 sustainable home performance to Code 6 Zero Carbon high end. The entry level module has heating costs of £26 per annum and total energy consumption of £460.
