USE are partner developers of this exciting and idiosyncratic brownfield site. Hackney, and in particular London Fields, has been recently subject to unprecedented regeneration and this has led to an exotic mixed-use of arts/residential projects. Ideally placed with 8 minute fast track rail links to the city, the Broadway Market/London Fields locale has been recently identified by the local authority as an area that can focus the arts based community as well as providing innovative and challenging residential development. USE have been involved with regeneration in London Fields for the past 5 years and currently provide 2 no art galleries and 2 design studios within existing warehouse accommodation on site. A scheme to provide 8 no sustainable eco-apartments and 8 no design studios over the existing and vacant lots is currently in the final stages of planning and is expected on site imminently.
