In partnership with Cloud Nine, USE have developed an extensive and economical range of sustainable, offsite-manufactured modular eco homes for both the leisure and residential markets. Of primarily timber construction and delivered fully fitted out to site within 6 months of order, these units combine sustainable construction technology with innovative cutting edge energy supply to provide Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 as standard across the range - up-gradable to Code level 5 or 6 (zero carbon) with optional add ons. A choice of interior fit-outs and external cladding options allows for individual interpretation and the range covers an entry level 65 sq/m 2 bed unit to a 150 sq/m 5 bed detached villa.
